He's name is ATIS. In aviation term, he's the "Automatic Terminal Information Service."
Which is exactly opposite, he cannot talk but play. He cannot help but making you shock some of the time by jumping up to the door.
But it's always to have someone quiet and seem to know how to enjoy his life around.
