In celebration of our 1st month here. And the guest visitor Johnny who came here for only 3 hrs of multi-engine build-up.(What an honest man) 

It's my first time to try the western style restaurant. And being a cowboy. 

Look at the big YAK HEAD. 

It's crowded when we came in. So we have to wait 20 min. to get our seat. But it's ok. They have the tiny vibrating device that would call you up when your seat is ready. Like the department store's food street.

So what do you want to order today?

It's Wednesday, I did a 8oz sirloin today special for 9.99.

Get west, get wild.

I wish to have a wine for side dish. But they ask to see the ID. What on earth would I go to a restaurant with my passport around? Sign, nevermind.

The steak is not quite big yet it has its weight. Look how thick it is. 

I ordered a medium, however, it's heavy to my teeth. Perhaps it's because cowboys all like the chewy texture. 

Just remember, medium-rare would be a nicer choice.
