I think I just get into this habit like my Dad: Jogging.
Jogging really help me to clear things, especially when the outside temperature is around 7 degrees celsius.
Every morning I got up at 6:05 (w 5 min. fighting on the bed. ) Dress up, do a little bit warm-up, and step out.
The view here is good. I enjoy running on the pavement, with those trees aside.
Then I start talking to myself. Discuss about what to do today, and the way to do it. It's really good because it's completely quiet and no distraction at all. Like a man-to-man talk.
I can be either fast or slow. And watch the sky turn into a perfect orange from one side and all in sudden it turn to a light blue.
